I look forward to receiving Bruce Katcher's newsletter. Having worked with Bruce both as a client and as a colleague, it is very obvious to me that he not only possesses the critical skills and competencies to be successful at his craft, but that he also has a passion for what he does. His writings certainly reflect these attributes.

I have enjoyed the Discovery Surveys newsletter as the topics have always been well timed for things that we have been talking about or dealing with at the hospital. The messages have always been clear, concise and easy to relate to. I always pass them along to my management group for their reading pleasure and they have enjoyed them as well.

I receive lots and lots of newsletters each month, but Bruce's is one I read from start to finish as soon as it arrives. Clear, interesting, insightful and genuine, reading one of these is like sharing a cup of coffee with the expert. Always a great read and filled with practical information.
